COMMUNICATING THE GOSPEL

We realize that the highest expression of love for God and for humanity is to share the Gospel.

Our hearts burn with the pastoral spirit of Blessed James Alberione, our Founder, who said:

“Love everyone. Think of everyone. Work with the spirit of the Gospel, which is a spirit of universality and benevolence. The Apostle Paul possessed this spirit: he was always striving to reach those who had not yet received the light of Jesus Christ.”

With creative prophecy, Fr. Alberione utilized all the latest media technologies to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus in both Christian and non-Christian contexts.

As Pauline Cooperators follow in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul, we have made communications our lifestyle because we know that to announce the Good News of Jesus Way, Truth and Life is to respond to every human being’s profound search for meaning. Together with the Pauline Family, we commit ourselves to prayer and to seeking to communicate Jesus through our lives and the media. We do this in our own concrete context: at school, at work, at home, in our parish and diocese, by collaborating with catechetical work and with the Liturgy, by promoting Christian-inspired publications, by cooperating with communications organizations and those working in the fields of radio and TV, by educating others to use the media properly. We also support Christian communications projects aimed at disseminating the Gospel among the poor in our own area as well as in other countries.
